Great work...my head is spinning.

This week, I'm submitting a campaign finance complaint with our Colorado Secy of State.

Your deep work has been quite useful in gatheing the story re A Public Voice. `

Here goes...

In Colorado, our Secy of State campaign finance tracker is called TRACER.

During a recent GOP primary re County Commissioner in my county, Douglas, A Public Voice Inc. appeared on a periodic TRACER contribution report for a new Colorado IEC, Douglas County Future Leadership Fund.

A Public Voice made three contributions - 130k, 130k and 30k - to the Douglas County Future Leadership Fund, IEC. (total = $290,000k).

Douglas County Future Leadership Fund, IEC. received no contributions other than the three from A Public's Voice.

The whole amount, $290,000, was spent on electioneering activites supporting one candidate. `

Other than these 3 contributions, A Public Voice has no campaign activity in Colorado, back to the year 2000.

In Colorado, our Legislature passed an anti-dark money law that requires pass-through conduits ("covered entity") (e.g. A Public Voice) to identify the person(s)/corporation(s) providing the pass through money.

I'm submitting a complaint to our SOS this week, hoping to force A Public Voice to divulge where the $$ came from.

Thank again.
